Dysphagia is used to describe eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties,
which can potentially have life-threatening consequences. This can result
in chest infections, choking, malnutrition, dehydration and weight loss.
Did you know Speech and Language Therapists offer support to those who experience
dysphagia to enable them to eat, drink and swallow safely where possible?
